Jordan began his career in the Army as a Royal Engineer at age 16, remaining there for 8 years. Upon leaving the Army Jordan was looking to build on his experience with a career transition into the construction industry.

Seeking a new challenge, Jordan with his Construction Management qualifications gained in the Army and through the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Jordan was introduced to AJC who were able to provided that challenge.
